My self and my wife , we both filed for EAD renewal
on the same day , as Im the PRIMARY one to apply for GC .
When applied for the first time We both Got EAD and AP on the same day .
But this time when I aplied for EAD renewal on 2nd week of Nov , her ( wife)case got approved last week , but my case is still pending and I hear the same MESSAGE .
I have been working with the same clinet , same employer , , But I dont understand about one case getting aproved and the other one not .
Can anybody put some thoughts in this kind of case
