EAD Approval Notice not received – but EAD card received

My EAD renewal application got approved one month ago and I also received the new card. However, I still haven’t received an approval notice.

Should I worry about it? I have filed my EAD application myself, so I should receive it instead of my lawyer.

What is the difference between approval notice and EAD card?. HOw many days does it take for u to get the card from USCIS office after they mailed?.
 
I don’t know. I was expecting an approval notice – like H1B or I-140 approval notice. I got my EAD card three days after USCIS mailed it.
 
Approval notice should be on the letter that came along with you card. Read the back and front of that notice. Mine say " Your Application had been Approved. Here is your new card......................Please read the back of this notice. It has important information. We recommend that you keep this notice for your records.

Yep, the letter you got with your card attached is your approval notice.
