EAD APPROVAL for I-765 C(9)

Hello friends,

As you know We(Labor cretified) all apply I-765 for EAD.
Anybody have any idea about these sections(C(9)) under EAD I-765 process.
Also could some body can give you an idea what is the receipt date at this time processing..
