Congrats on the EAD approval!. Just wanted to know if your I-140 was approved prior to the EAD approval. If so, which category? EB2 or EB3.

I-140 got approved prior to EAD , not a concurrent case.
Applied in EB3 category

My EAD was approved 5/28/03 but wife's is still pending. She needs the EAD by July 1st. Hopefully it will be approved by then.
