EAD approval and Job Change?

I have applied for 140 and 485 concurrently. As I understand from this forum, these days California service center does not issue the EAD until 140 is approved. My question is can I change my job as soon as I get the EAD, or do I have to wait for a certain period of time? Also, is the EAD issued as soon as the 140 gets approved, or is there a delay involved?

Only thing related to I140 for EAD is the passage of prelim perusal of I140. You can always go and get the interim EAD.
There is no waiting period to change job- except
1. It is always safe to change job after I140 is approved, since sponsoring employer can withdraw I140 anytime before approval
2. 6 months past I485 RD.
