Hi Rajiv,
I am currently in L2 working with EAD for the past 8 months. My petition and I-94 is valid till Feb'2010. Am i able to apply I-485 now? And I need to know about advance parole and would it help me out in this situation? Does I-485 needs to be applied from my employer or me? Please reply as soon as possible.
