EAD apply 6 months early ?

Can we apply EAD 6 months early .
(now they are taking tooo much time)

Is It ok right?

I thought you are not supposed to apply more than 4 months early. I read somewhere on the board that if you apply too early they could return your application. Anyway i could be wrong. Take it easy.

This is what BCIS says on their website:

Renewal EAD: You should apply for a renewal EAD six months before your original EAD expires.
