I have applied for my wife's EAD renewal online in July 2008, We got the FP notice and EAD...all good. We just noticed that on her EAD Card first and last name are interchanged.
I called USCIS and they told me that I have to refile.. Is there any other option to get the name corrected?
They also mentioned that if they are at wrong they will correct it without any fee..to prove that I guess I need to have a copy of the I765 application.
BUT I HAVE APPLIED EAD ONLINE AND DO NOT have the copy of I765 application...guys pls help me.. How can I get the copy? How do I get the name corrected without paying the fee again.
Moreover I need to do it asap as her Driving License is expiring and need EAD with correct name to renew DL.
Please help.
