Recently we moved to VSC area from TSC zone. My wife applied for EAD twice to TSC and both times they sent back stating that she should follow rule of jurisidiction and apply to VSC zone. Ten days back she reapplied to VSC enclosing the note of TSC. In the I-765 EAD application, it clearly states we should apply for EAD where our I-485 is pending for employment AOS categories.
We are planning to reapply to TSC stating the friends address, who lives in TSC area. Any ideas???
