EAD application - online - doing it on own

need help with item no 13 and 14 on application for EAD ( I 765):

14.manner of last entry:
15:current immigration status


p.s i still have my h1b valid until oct 2008. i entered us on advance parole in august 2008. I have my EAD which expires on march 2009.

pls advise whats the best answer for 14 and 15.

on my I 94 it says DA- AOS

If your EAD expires in March 2009, I don't think you should be filing a renewal application just yet. For your information you cannot apply earlier than 120 days to the expiration of your current EAD.
