EAD application - Is fee payable to INS or BCIS

I want to send application to renew my EAD. I want to know is there any change in the PAYABLE to. Is it still INS or BCIS.

Payable to “Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration services”

You can confirm with National Customer Service Center 1-800-375-5283
