EAD application - Is fee payable to INS or BCIS

I want to send application to renew my EAD. I want to know is there any change in the PAYABLE to. Is it still INS or BCIS.

As far as I know and experience goes

the cheques (checks as the Americans would say) are to be made in favor of "Immigration and Naturalization service".
Make sure that you write down your name and A# on the reverse of the photos ( and also in the memo column of check).
Not sure about new legislations with regards to BCIS though.
