Hello all,
Because of a small hiccup (gotcha) I had with online AP filing several months ago (which did get approved finally), I decided to file for renewal EAD the paper-filing way. I sent all the documents, form etc about 14 days ago to the local district office as that's where my I-485 case has been transferred to over two years ago now.
Granted, I don't expect a receipt notice asap but I casually checked the bank account to see if the filing fee has been encashed and it has not. I did do a USPS Priority Delivery Confirmation (no signature though) and USPS confirmed that the packet was delivered.
Should I be concerned (the date I sent the app was exactly 90 days before current EAD expires), and/or is there another way to check if my application has arrived safely at the local district office?
Thanks!
