I applied for I-485/EAD/AP for myself , my wife and our son (I-485/AP) to VSC (RD : Sept. 25, 2003; ND: Sept. 28, 2003). On December 29, 2003 we got RFE for our EAD and AP applications (Request for some additional photo ID). VSC received our reply to RFE and the required documents on January 7, 2003. On January 27, 2004 my wife's EAD has been approved and she already received the card but my EAD application has not been approved so far neither the on-line case status has changed till now. Does anyone else also experienced the same that though VSC received all our RFE replies together on the same date but processed only one so far!!!!
