EAd/ AP, will that invalidate h1/h4 visa period....pls help....
1. If i use EAd/ AP, will that invalidate my h1/h4 visa period(eventhou' i havent completed my 6 years period). if it has implications on remaining h1/h4 validity, which one will have the impact. Means, filing of EAD/Ap will invalidate my h1/h4 visa (OR) Using of EAD/filing invalidate my h1/h4 visa ?.
can you shed some light on the implications of EAD/ Ap filing & usage with remaining h1/h4 validity.
Also if i prefer to stay in h1 without filing EAD, can i still use AP for my Country visit instead of H1 stamping (really sucks..the time taking to get an appointment...). Will the usage of AP has any implications on remaining h1/h4 validity. Pls calrify.
2. Also one more query. My passport validity is expiring(not the H1 visa) by 2007 for me & my spouse . I have to renew my passport. Is it good to renew it now, do i need to wait for 140 /485 filing.
Does it have any implications for the GC processing if we renew it now. (Hope NOT)
