Hi,

I got an e-mail from CRIS on Aug29 Card on production. Is this means EAD approve? I forward all the mails into new address. I did not change the address in USCIS because I have old address also. Is EAD or AP will forward into my forwading address?

Please advice.
thanks

Yes. It should mean your EAD is approved. Sometimes those messages overlap. However USCIS mail is not forwarded by USPS. You have to file address change if the cards are sent back to USCIS. You will see that in the online status. Did not your attorney advise you on address change issues?

Government mail will no be forwarded to any other address, it will be returned back to them and if it happened, it will take long time to have them send it back to you. Now that your card production was ordered, you have to act fast since they will mail it soon. (see my earlier posts on EAD)
(sometimes, the website is updated couples of days after things happen, like card production was done 2 days back but the website was only updated today, so the card will be mailed really soon if not already done).
You could also go to the postoffice and check with them because sometimes you can ask them to keep the mail and you pick it up from there.
hope this helps
