EAD/AP -- Who to make checks payable to ?

Hi all:

I think mine is a fairly simple question.

When applying for EAD/AP, who I should I make the application fee payable to ?
Also for Fingerprinting fee ?

The (old) forms from uscis site indicates that it needs to be payable to "Immigration and Naturalization Service"

My company is confused -- at times they say it should be "Dept of Homeland Security" and other times they say "CIS"

Anyone that sent this stuff recently - after all the name changes -- who did you make the checks payable to ?
Is this the same for EAD/AP *AND* Fingerprinting fee ?

I recently applied my EAD and AP renewals a week ago..
For AP--I got the MO payable to "USCIS"
For EAD- I got the MO payable to "Immigration and Naturalization Serivices" as it is mentioned in the application kit.

I got the receipt notices 2 days ago which means they accepted the MO's.
