EAD & AP using Transfer notice

I have applied for I-485 under EB category (AOS) during the first week of august'2007.
My application was sent to TSC( NY resident).

Today I received a transfer notice from VSC saying that my I - 485 transfered to TSC.

My A# on I-485 transfer notice is different from A# on my approved I-140.

Now I would like to apply for EAD and AP.

I have only transfer notice from VSC.

I haven't received my receipt.

Can I apply EAD and AP using transfer notice.

Please let me know,Which A# I should use on my EAD & AP application.

Wait for the I-485 receipt notice before filing for EAD and AP. Use the A# menteiond in the I-485 receipt notice (this should be same as Fingerprinting notice and transfer notice).
