EAD,AP use - pl. clarify

Hi,
one of my friend in 7th year of my H1, actually his visa stamp got Expired , and he has valid 7th year H1 B, and has EAD and AP also, till now he didn’t used my EAD or
AP, Can he use AP to go India, Canada or else where to get my H1 Visa stamped ?

our Question is :
If for any reason he didn’t get my visa..! Can he use AP to enter in to US??

He can use his VALID AP ,

Help me to understand what does your friend have to do with ur H1?. is he auth to get stamp or ur H1?

He can use his Valid AP to enter. again what does he have to do with ur H Visa??????
