EAD / AP: Timeframe Approval to receipt

Folks,
Can you please shed light on what has been the timeline USCIS takes in sending AP Approval notice, EAD Approval notice , EAD Card.

I had these approved around Sept 28th (record time of 10 business days) but have not got any of the documents. Was getting anxious.
