EAD/AP RFE Issued - ND 05/10/2004

I received email from USCIS on EAD/AP issuance for my wife. I got my own EAD a while ago, and my wife joined my case (I-485/EAD/AP filed at same time) a couple of months later. What could be the possible reasons for EAD/AP RFE? Would her I-485 experience same problem at a later time, or can we proactively fix it if we know her I-485 has the same problem?

Have clear color copies of her passport (along with yours) and her "immigration style" pictures ready.
 
Will they mail the notice to the law office, or to my home address? How long it takes for the mail? Thanks.
 
It depends on how your attorney filed your paper work.

In my case, I received the EAD whereas my Company received the "Advance Parole".

got RFE for My wife AP/EAD

I received EAD for my and Approved my AP. but my wife got RFE for AP & EAD. did not receive letter yet from INS.

1> Do you know where INS will send letter to my Home address or company address as I received EAD to my home address even I mention all 485 forms my home address.
2> Do you know where I will get AP Home/Company Address . I recevied EAD at my home address
3> Any one predict what is REF for My wife AP and EAD ?

We too are in similar situation, i got EAD and AP but my wife got a RFE today. Guru log what do u think the RFE is how much time does the RFE take to reach the attorney.

Why RFE will not come to our address. because I got EAD at my home address ?
