EAD/AP renewals applied at wrong centers

Hi,
My lawyer screwed up the EAD/AP renewals. They were filed at CSC instead of NSC. I have 3 months time when my present EAD expires. I do not have any H1B visa.

Is there anyone in the same boat? What happens when something like this happens?
