EAD / AP Renewal

I'm planning to renew my EAD and Advance Parole, along with my wife's applications. I have the following Qs:

1) Do I have to send I-765 (EAD) of both in one packet and I-131 (AP) in another? I think I cannot combine all four in 1 packet, for sure. Please let me know I have to send it in 4 different packets or 2 is fine - 1 for both our EAD applications and the other for our AP applications.

Please respond ASAP

thanks

Use one envelope for the EAD and one for the AP. Both go to different box numbers.
Thank you. That is what I'm doing now.
Use separate envelopes for EAD and AP that has both our applications.

Thanks

where need to send the Renewal docs

Can you help ,
I am appling 4 EAD Renewal,
485 is Employment based and pending at NSC.
when i check online they are telling send to chicago Lockbox.

Now where i need to send , Chicago OR NSC ???

You send it to where your Employment based application is pending. So for you, yes NSC.

The instructions for the Chicago lock box DO NOT pertain to Employment based applications. Read them again and it tells you exactly what catagories belong there. Also go to page 7 of that application ...it says if you answered C9 to question 16 send to where you filed your Adjustment of Status Application. That is for EB catagories.
This question has been answered many times in this forum.

The safest bet (and least confusing for the mail sorting person @USCIS) is to send each application separately - after all none of these applications are related - they are all valid in their own right.

So send 4 envelopes and you'll never have to worry if things were processed correctly -- its not easy to mess up anything in this case !!

Could you give me the correct address for these apps. When I read it on the actual forms, they just ask me to send it to the center where my adjustment app is pending. I believe I have to send all the apps to the same address. Is this correct?
