EAD/AP Renewal

1. When do i apply for EAD and AP renewal?. is it 90 days before the expiry date?.

2. I have a valid H1. i have to visit my home country but i have to go for visa stamping. if the visa is rejected can i come in AP and then shift back to the H1 ?

Hi ,

I am interested in the answer too.. I remember that it was renew 6 months ahead of curreent EAD expiry, but that was regular mail and not E-Filing.
How many months ahead should we E-file for renewal of EAD/AP for Vermont Service Centre ?
