EAD/AP renewal Receipt notices

I sent EAD/AP renewal for Spouse 2 weeks ago to VSC, still we have not received any receipt notices?

Anyone in the same boat? Should I be concerned? :confused:

Did you see if your check has been cashed out? I sent EAD renewal for my wife and myself on April 19th. My check was cashed on April 28th and I got the notice letter the second day.
 
No need to be concerned. Usually BCIS updates the website and sends the receipt notice only after they encash your checks. Actually one of my friend suggested me recently I should send a certified check, so that the case would be processed immediately.
For normal checks I guess BCIS waits until it is encashed.
 
If your cheque is cashed...

If your cheque is cashed and your bank provides cheque images, see the back of the cheque for EAC numbers. The EAC numbers that are stamped on the back of the cheque may not be legible at times but try it out.
