EAD/AP renewal question

PatienceGC accepts defeat at the hands of the mighty INS!

Bruised, battered and tired, he now wants to know the approximate EAD/AP renewal approval times.

He would greatly appreciate any inputs you may have.

Dont ever Give up, Thats not like you at all, being a Jedi and all.

But a safe bet would be 60 days before Expiry.
 
EAD renewal

Hi!

Here are my procesure for EAD renewal.

Mail the renewal files on 9/11 per Fdx
The mail got to INS on 9/12
Check was cleared out on 9/16
RD 9/18
Approved 10/21 per on-line check.

The files i filed were:

1. 2 passport photos. Write A# and name on the back
2. Form 765
3. Copy of 485 receipt.
4. Upper part of last EAD receipt
5. Both sides copy of last EAD card
6. $120 check.

my situation is a little strange.

Mp AP is valid till Dec 8th,02. My EAD is valid till 1/31/03 (RFE case).

Will that have any consequences?

I plan to apply before the end of the month maybe end of this week.

Do we need paystubs?????
