EAD/ AP renewal question

-Can I send both EAd and AP renewal forms in the same envelop?
-What is the manner of last entry if I used an AP to travel ( I had a valid H-1 stamp) but my H-1 visa had expired.

- current Immigration status - can I write AOS here since I am now working on EAD.

Yes. You can send them all in one envelope. But, separate each application along with supporting documents. All checks/MO's can be together.

If you have last entered US on an AP, then it is Adjustee, else the visa type you've used to enter - H1/L1 etc.

Current Immigration Status: AOS is correct
