EAD,AP renewal - online status issue

Guys,
I applied for EAD , AP renewal in FEB and received receipt notices last week(March 5th).
I am getting below error when I tried to add cases to my portfolio on uscis.gov.

Error :
Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.


Anyone with similar experience kindly post your response. Would greatly appreciate your inputs.

I had the same issue and made a post last week. U will be happy to see the outcome of my case...

In nutshell, it happend to me and the EAD renewal took only 25 days for approval.
 
Applied for AP/EAD renewal by Jan09 end- No receipts yet

I applied for my AP and EAD by end of Jan this year but havent got receipts yet.

I did a job change and sent AC21 information to USCIS as well after my H1 transfer approval.

I saw a series of LUDs on my 485 , previous AP and EAD receipt profile online at USCIS.

No status change on any of these receipts.

Still waiting !!!!

I'd like to hear if there are others in a similar situation. :)

I want to renew my EAD and AF. what is the website for e-file and how much is the fee for both??
