Hi,
I have a quesiton. My lawyer had submitted the renewal application for EAD + AP for myself and my husband. I received renewed cards of EAD for both myself and my husband, it was approved on 20th and I received on 24th. The website shows that AP for me was also approved on 20th and they mailed the docs on 20th, but for my husband it doesnt show as approved. I am not sure why they have not approved for my husband, and why I have not yet received the AP doc, b'cause I received the EAD that was mailed on the same day.
Has any one faced this issue? Is this common that uscis may not approve for both husband and wife at the same time if if sent at the same time?
Any responses regarding this are highly appreciated.
