Folks,
our second EAD's and AP's are expiring on 05/23/05. Unfortunately we didn't apply within 90 days time period of EAD renewals. If we apply it next week, and suppose we don't get EAD's within our expire date... what are the consequences we will be forced to face. What will happen to our status for the days without EAD?

nothing happens - the only thing is you might need to take one week leave.. and get the interim EAD in the mean time.

I am also in the same boat as srinivas, My EAD will expire before my 90 day period, what will happen if I continue to work on expired EAD? Will that pose trouble in future? i am really worried, I wish I had applied for renewal before hand :-(
