Hi, Folks, Could you help me out to answer my questions ?
While my I-48 is pending almost 2 years, I decided to apply for EAD/AD for
my family in case of lay-off or change my employer.
1. Do H-4 holders(my wife and daughter(12 years) still need to apply for EAD/AP altogether ? or AP only (My wife doesn\'t work and My daughter is student). We are trying to travel outside USA
2. Even though my H-1 is still valid till end of this year, once EAD approved, will H-1/4 be abandoned immediately ? or will it be expired after
re-enter to USA ?
3. Is EAD/485 easy to file by myself ? Any risk involved ?
Please answer all those question if you have experience on that !!
