Hi,

I have few questions regarding EAD & AP Renewal

1) Can someone send me the complete list of documents(including fees and in favor of whom etc.,) that are needed for EAD & AP Renewal.

2)Is there any difference in the list of documents when I send/apply for my wife.

3) Where can I get the current/latest EAD & AP forms

4) Can I apply EAD & AP on my own or do I need to go thru my attorney only. The reason for asking this question is becos my Attorney is charging me $1000.00 fees apart from the application fees.

5) Both my EAD & AP are Expiring mid of March this year. How soon do i need to Apply for renewal

6) Where should I send the applications for Renewal. Mine is a Employment based.

7) what are the Photo requirements

8) Do I need to write covering letters for the applications. Can somebody send me a sample.

9) Can I post/send all the applications in one cover or seperate.

Pretty much the same

USCIS site http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm. Under forms , fees and fingerprints.

I did it all myself. It' s quite simple.

Passport style, front facing.

I did. There are samples in the sticky threads (listed above)

9) Can I post/send all the applications in one cover or seperate.
I did seperate letters for each. Then make sure you send the EAD and the AP to the right address and Box numbers. I sent each package by priority mail so I could track them.

Do this ASAP - you are already late.. It takes about 90 days to get the card(renewal also is taking that long).

6) Where should I send the applications for Renewal. Mine is a Employment based.
To where your I-485 is pending. DONT SENT IT TO CHICAGO ADDRESS..

1) Where should I send the EAD/AP renewal forms. Mine is from Nebraska Service Center and is an Employment Based Application. Can you specify the Addresses for me or where can I get it

2) Do I need to send color copies of Driver's license & passport' biographic page or Black/white is fine

3) Do I need to send original of last EAD mailer or photocopy is fine

4) In Form I-131, What should I mention in Part 1, 3(class of Admission). Presently I am on H1B status. Pending I-140 & I-485. Got EAD but never used it to work. Have AP, but never used AP to come into the country. Last entry into the USA with H1B status. But present visa stamping in the passport expired but have valid H1B extension. So if I go to India wanted to use AP while coming back to USA.

5) In Form I-765, What should I fill for 15.(Current immigration Status)

>> B&W copies should be fine.

>> Photo copy - you need to keep the original till you get the new card.

1)For Question 1, You mentioned VSC. Is it VSC or NSC. I think it should be NSC but can you specify Address for me if you can or where can I get it.

2)For Question5, You mentioned "AOS(Adjustment of Status) or I-485 (should be fine)" but presently I am on H1B visa. So what should I mention for this.

3) And also waiting for your response on Question4.

New question

4) Form I-131 Part 7 Supplement, should I submit seperate Supplement letters for me & my wife. Or is it needed for primary applicant only.
