I have a valid EAD&AP. Also, I have filed the H1b Extension. Now there is a need for me to go to India in Aug'06.
1. While my H1b extension is pending can I travel to India for 90 days using my valid AP? Will there be any impact on my H1b extension?
2. Can I convert the regular H1b to Premium and get the H1b approved and the use the AP to enter into US? Will it be the correct process?
3. Just in case, if my H1B gets rejected I have to fully dependant on my EAD. My EAD will expire in Dec'06. So, after my 90days visit to India, I have only 30 days to renew my EAD. This will not provide sufficient time to get the EAD renewal. So, can I file an EAD extension and visit to India? Will there be any impact while EAD is pending to visit india for 90 days?
4. Anyother alternate options to maintain my status as this India visit is mandatory for me?
