EAD/AP filing need help

Guys, I need help, My employer has filed my 140/485 using sub labor in June 2005.Both the applications are still pending.

I have asked employer to file EAD/AP but now he is not responding at all, not sure why?

If i want to file my EAD/AP by myself or through an attorney, where will USCIS send Receipt notices and decisions. I read in one of the threads that USCIS communicates all the corrospondance with original attorny.

uscis will communicate with u

if u apply for ead or ap thn without a g28 the uscis will communicate directly with u. however u will need copies of the approved labor, 485 receipt copy and other things.

I was reading for online EAD application and it does not say anything about Labor copy. I have 140 and 485 receipt numbers and also the A#. Is is sufficient? Is there a list of documents required for filing EAD/AP ?
