EAD & AP expenses r deductible?

Are EAD & AP expenses deductible from Gross Taxable income in 1040? What about NJ state?

If so, any tips & info on what form to use to declare these as deductibles?

Deducting AP related expenses might be taking it a little too far

My company reimbursed the EAD and AP expenses and took that money out from my salary. So, I got less salary and less tax and got reimbursed for the EAD and AP expenses.
