EAD/AP by own?

Dear friends,

Is it possible to apply the EAD for self and spouse by own(Without the help or any letter from employer)? if I485 has been applied and I get the receipt of I-485.
Actually my company doesn\'t apply for EAD/AP so Just trying to see if there are any chances to get EAD/AP by own, without employer or company lawyer knowing about it.

Please post your views if you have any experience.

Yes

Get form I765 (EAD) and Ap (I131) from ins website or your local INS office. Apply with a copy of your I485 receipt.
