My company atternoy filed I 140,I 485, EAD and AP on 11/26/03.
EB3 , in VSC
For all RD 11/25/03
ND 11/26/03
AD for EAD --> 04/08/04
AD for EAD --> 04/09/03 (wife)
AD for AP --> 04/13/04
AD for AP --> 04/13/04 (wife)
AD for AP --> Pending (kids)
Could u please any body give the information for following questions. In this case iam thankful and grateful to you.
1) We applied for H1 and H4 extension (6th year)in Dec 2003. I am interest on H1 only. But my wife should use her EAD for getting the SSN and get the NY driving licence. In this case what about her Status? and is there any effect my h1 status?
2) once we got the cards for EAD and AP documents what are the next steps to do with EAD and AP , I mean is there any endorsement OR Stamping in PASSPORT?
