ead/ap application

tombaan, I think the mailing address are different for AP and EAD. even if they are same send them in separate packets. I always sent mine in different packets.

can we send ap for the family in one packet. till now i used to use the famous ladys office to do it. she wants 250 bucks and hence doing it by myself

my attorney also said the same amount for AP. I did it my self and got approved

I sent mine and my spouse AP in two packets. Mine AP got approved 2 feb and hers feb 27.
Probably if u send them in one packet they will get approved on same day.

In one packet, if there is any issue with one of the applicantion they may return both.

i would advise is to send them in different packets. I can give u details of required documents if u need.
