EAD & AP after green card????

Has anybody had received their green card while their EAD and AP are still pending? What happens to those pending applications? I know it is basically money down the drain, but I am just curious to know if they are going to be cancelled or actually issued even after being irrelevant...

There have been plenty of cases this has happened recently. I believe in most cases the EAD and AP processing simply never completed, as the Green Card trumps both of them.

that is not true

this is the situation that happened with us

we applied for the ead ap and gc all together

we got the ead quickly enough but then we got approved for the gc

and then two months later we received the ap!!!

all you can do is just shake your head

Its true in most cases is what I meant. Your case is the first I have ever heard of an AP being approved 2 months after GC. Madness!
