My lawyer is advising me not to go on 1099 at all. Not even for part time.

My PD is 2/2003 and it will be a while before my case will be picked up.

Now I am confused....??? This 1099 offer is really good and now I am feeling frustrated that I can't take it because of some unclear law.

Has any tried this?
