Hi,
Is it true that INS already made it clear, that the 6 month rule will apply to only those I485 applicatants, who already have received an EAD card?
In other words if you are on H1 and never applied for EAD card, the 6 month I485 processing rule, doesn\' apply.
Please comment. I wish this is not true.
