EAD and Social Security Card

When someone changes his/her employement from H1b basis to EAD basis then Does he/she need to obtain a new social security card?

Is Social security card obtain on basis of H1b different than that obtain on basis of EAD?
Any comment or experience?

no both r same and should bear can work with ins authorization. which will go away after GC.
