I'm about to apply for my EAD and I notice that alot of people seem to get RFE. What are the USCIS asking for? is there something they want that's not listed on the instructions?

Those people who dont read instructions carefully, who are misguided by bad lawyers and so called immigration experts, who forget to include certain required documents get an RFE. If you know what you are doing, how the process works and what is needed, you should be fine :)
