EAD and related question

Hi Friends,
Sorry to have started this new thread. Thought we could keep this for only EAD.

I have a question and appreciate any inputs.
My I-765 and I-131 have RD's 04-03-2003.
I-140 approved. (see my prev posts).

Today I called the NSC customer support to check on my 131 and 765.

I did status checks 3 times so far from july-03.

This time, I was forwarded to talk to an IIO, and he said he will do a "referral". What does REFERRAL mean?

I think referral means assign your case to next available officer.
In a way you case should be looked soon :)

what are your dates?

Hi friends,

My Lawyer said , he filed my EAD Sept '29 2003. I sent my check in favour of BCIS, till now my check was not cleared by VSC. Can anyone tell me anything fishy my employer playing trick so that I should not get EAD.

Please suugest me in right direction
