EAD and pending H1 transfer

Hello,

I was working with employer A who filed my H1 transfer in May , 2002 which is still pending. I got new job with employer B in Oct , 2002 and have joined on EAD.

What will happen to pending H1 transfer ? Can I go back to that employer once I get approval if I want ?
