EAD and new job

Can I take a job under a new employer with my EAD, which I recieved more than 8 months ago.

Can EAD be used to get employment with the government jobs.

u can use EAD for other employment

...
For Govt job, most agencies ( if not all) requires citizenship ("executive" order after 9/11)
