I know that you are saying that I am not patient, but it is critical for me.
Please take a look at my time line to understnad well my situation.
I have an OPT and it will expire on August 31st of 2007. Monday August 20th is my first day at this Job.
I didn't receive my EAD yet and I went to infopass twice, and no help.
So, can I use the NOA for the I-765 as a receipt (According to what I-9 States) and provide them with the EAD as soon as I receive it ???
I have no clue what should I do, or what will happen to this job if they knew that I didn't receive my EAD yet.
Any ideas????
