EAD and marriage

Dear Experts,
I have an Advance Parole and an EAD card with me. I plan to get married
this August, my question is can I get my spouse along with me to the
US with these papers ? is there something that I am missing.
advice please.

Are you still working on H1b visa? Having EAD and AP does not means you have given up your H1b status. If you are still on H1b, then get married, get your spouse' H4 stamped in home country and get him/her here. Apply for his/her 485/EAD/AP as soon as he/she reaches in USA.

If you have already used EAD and if you have H1b papers with you(with time left on it), then get your visa stamped outside USA, enter USA. You will be on H1b again. Send copy of your H1b papers along with other relevant stuff for H4 stamping so that your spouse can get H4 stamped and come to USA.

If you do not have H1b papers wiith time left on it - wait till October, file H1b, get it stamped and then send papers for H4 stamping. If you suspect that your 485 will be done before you can do anything, get married, come to USA, file CP for your spouse.
