I140/I485/I765 Rd: 24/06/05 (CSC)
I140 LUD: 09/08/05 (RFE)
I485/I765 LUD: 08/08/05. No approval on I765
The posted processing time of I765 is CSC is now 07/21/05 which is one month later than my I765 Rd.
Is the issue of I765 upon approval of I140? If not, how come they touch my I765(there is I765 update concurrently with I140) without issuing it?
I tried to call to track my I765 status. From phone there's only a receiption record, no LUD. Seems not synchronized with website. Does anybody have the similar experience?
By the way, I checked LC cases from this forum. Most of the cases got I765 approved very quickly. Some less than one month. Are they different processes for approval of EB3 I765 and EB2 I765?
