EAD and I-140 fees

Hi folks,
I am not sure if EAD fee (for my wife) and I-140 fees (for me) can be filed for tax return 2008? Please let me know if you have experience on this.

Your question is not clear, but I'm assuming you're asking if the fees are tax-deductible, to which the answer is no. Fees paid to USCIS cannot be deducted.
